Black Pearl Granite Worktops

Mr R of Westhumble, Dorking, Surrey, was kind enough to let us photograph his stunning new kitchen, designed and fitted by Gavin Riccio of Love Your Kitchen. We have supplied and fitted granite and quartz for a number of Gavin’s installations.

In this case his customer chose Black Pearl granite to complement a wood and stainless steel kitchen.


The slightly creamy nature of the grey mottle in Black Pearl Granite works well with wood and cream kitchens, here coordinating with contemporary Tuscany Walnut doors.	The overall black colour of the granite also coordinates with the black glass doors of the Bosch stainless steel appliances.


The peninsular with its curved end and Bosch hob and hood is a striking centre-piece in the large room.	Detail of large radius curve on peninsular section, showing our standard chamfer.


Radio aerial reflection cuts across the discreet join at the corner of the kitchen.	Twin undermounted Astracast Opal stainless steel sinks with a swan-neck Astracast Jordan brushed steel tap and one set of parallel drainage grooves.
